Introducing People I:

This is my boyfriend: Used to introduce a male friend.

This is my husband: Used to introduce the person” male” you are married to.

This is my girl friend: used to introduce a female friend.

This is my wife: used to introduce the person “female” you are married to.

This is my daughter: used to introduce your female child. 

This is my cousin: used to introduce a child of a person’s aunt or uncle. 

Introducing People II [Getting more details]:

 How do you do? Common expression in England used with the same meaning of “how are you” and the answer to it is the same sentence “how do you do” 

What’s his address? Used to ask about someone’s home address if he is not there while you are asking, if the person you want to get his address is talking to you, you say “what’s your address”.

How do you spell it? Used when you don’t know how to write or to spell the name or address given to you to confirm the right spelling of it.

What’s his or your telephone number? used to ask about someone home number. 

How is Mary? Used when you want to ask about someone who is not there with you right now. 

Who is she? Used to ask about a person “female” that you don’t know and need more information about her like her name.

How do you spell your last name? Used to confirm the spelling of the name and last name means the family name such as Mary Noah Johns, her family name is “Johns”.
